The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, providing financial insights to senior management, and managing a team of finance professionals. They will also drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Candidates should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least a few years of experience in accounting and finance. Professional accounting qualifications such as AICPA, HKICPA, CPAA, or ACCA are preferred, and a background in Big 4 Audit is a plus. Strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
