Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the senior leadership team, responsibilities center on three core areas. You will own the integrity, cadence, and clarity of management reporting so leaders have decision-ready information. You will act as a commercial partner to the senior leadership team, translating financial insight into practical action and helping shape decisions constructively.
As the finance lead for technology, systems, and automation, you will serve as a conduit and gatekeeper for systems adoption and group-wide transformation, ensuring technology is fit for purpose and effectively adopted. The client seeks senior finance leadership experience in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, a track record of delivering high-quality reporting and insight, proven ability to influence executive outcomes, and experience leading systems, data, automation, or transformation initiatives, with a pragmatic, commercially minded approach that balances rigor and pace.
