The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities related to manufacturing processes, including developing operational cost models, accurate budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making. They will work closely with the General Manager of Operations to optimize processes and enhance cost-effectiveness, preparing financial models and business cases for R&D and capital investments. The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals, provide guidance, and lead a team of finance professionals.In addition to contributing to site harmonization and company initiatives, such as new ERP/EPM system implementations, the Finance Manager will ensure accurate financial reporting for regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the Head of Group Controlling and having a dotted line to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will be part of the Management Team at our client's facility in Jrflla.
