The client is seeking a Finance Executive to join its London-based organization and support strategic leadership as a key member of the Executive Team. The role will help promote a collaborative, high-performing culture, and build strong relationships with lenders, auditors, advisers, and residents.
The Finance Executive will lead the client’s financial strategy and long-term planning to support delivery for residents, ensuring financial strength, value for money, effective treasury management, and compliance with regulatory and lender requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts, and financial reporting.
The role will act as executive lead for risk, controls, and assurance, driving strong risk management, fraud prevention, and business continuity. It will also support governance activities including regulatory submissions, company secretarial duties, and Board recruitment and induction, and it requires a senior finance professional with CCAB qualification and broad experience across financial and treasury management, strategic planning, governance, risk, and business assurance, along with strong people-management skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
