The client is seeking a Page Executive-level finance leader who will report to the CFO and work closely with commercial leaders. In this role, you will oversee and develop a sizable accounting and finance team, and you will be responsible for ensuring the timely preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
You will ensure compliance with local regulations, relevant accounting standards, and internal policies, and you will lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves monitoring and managing cash flow, cost control, and key financial performance metrics, while providing financial guidance to senior management for business planning and growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring the finance team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews, and implementing and improving financial systems, processes, and controls. The successful applicant will typically have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, professional certification such as HKICPA, AICPA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, and proven leadership experience managing a larger team, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
