You will lead financial management, regulatory compliance, and system transformation initiatives, including a major platform migration and process overhaul. The position blends operational delivery with longer-term strategic influence, supporting growth through robust controls, insightful reporting, and modernised systems, while ensuring governance and effective cross-stakeholder collaboration.
The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior finance leadership experience in an FCA-regulated environment. You should have a proven track record in financial systems implementation and data reconciliation, strong governance and compliance skills, and a hands-on approach to drive change and deliver results; experience across both SME and corporate environments may be advantageous, along with extensive change management, business transformation, up-scaling experience, and enterprise IT implementation skills.
