The client is seeking an exceptional Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership during a major transformation. Reporting to the Director and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, you will help shape long-term financial sustainability, support delivery of an ambitious masterplan, and lead oversight of major capital investment programmes across a complex organisation with global reach.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with proven experience as a Finance Director or senior strategic finance leader within a large, complex organisation. You will develop financial strategy, advise boards and senior stakeholders, lead organisational change, and balance ambition with financial discipline, while transforming Finance into a commercially astute, insight-led function that enables organisational success.
