The Finance Director will oversee the daily performance of the finance and insurance function and structure retail and lease transactions with a focus on profitability, lender alignment, and compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing and supporting deals with sales leadership, removing obstacles to help transactions reach close, and presenting finance and protection options clearly and in a customer-focused, compliant manner. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with lending partners and monitoring production trends, compliance expectations, and process discipline.
To be successful, the client is looking for candidates with 5 or more years of automotive finance and insurance leadership experience, including proven success leading a finance department and structuring retail and lease deals. You should have deep understanding of lender programs and dealership finance compliance requirements, along with strong leadership presence to coach and mentor team members and support desk deals alongside sales leaders.
