The search is on for an experienced Controller to join the team in Halifax, supporting the clients continued growth and operational excellence. The Controller will play a crucial role in managing accounting and financial operations. Responsibilities include overseeing accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and engaging in strategic financial planning to foster the client's growth. This leadership role will extend to key operational areas such as human resources, backend systems, and insurance management.
Specific duties involve preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledger accuracy, generating financial reports, and conducting cost analysis to provide insights to senior management.
