Within the client’s iteach educator preparation program, the opportunity is to prepare aspiring educators for licensed teaching through a flexible, competency-based approach that includes field supervision across multiple states. The client brings together experienced educators and district leaders to address educator preparation and related learning challenges.
As the Field Supervision Coordinator, you will support the operational and technical infrastructure of the field supervision program. This includes coordinating onboarding, maintaining systems and documentation, and equipping field supervisors with the tools and resources they need to provide effective observation, coaching, and feedback. The role is detail-oriented and designed to help ensure consistency, organization, and responsiveness across a growing, multi-state program.
Your work will directly support program quality while enabling the Director to focus on strategy, compliance, and long-term program development. You will report to the Director, Field Supervision, and will be expected to maintain strong organization and coordination to support day-to-day program execution and supervisor readiness.
