in this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention, delivering preventative care, diagnosing and treating a range of illnesses, and managing chronic conditions. Responsibilities include conducting routine check-ups, immunizations, and screenings; developing and implementing patient care plans; offering patient education and preventative health advice; maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records; collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support holistic care; and participating in community health initiatives and outreach.
