The coordinator will be responsible for completing various audits, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with program requirements across all regional programs. Reporting to the Director of Expanded Learning, the coordinator will conduct attendance audits, enrollment audits, and program observations to ensure quality and compliance. Additionally, they will provide training to on-site team members, update dashboards with audit findings, and assist with state and federal reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or an Associate's degree, with prior experience in data analysis and auditing. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders, including teachers, school staff, and regional office staff. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple schools are essential for this role. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, and reliable transportation is required for traveling between school sites.
