The client seeks an inaugural Executive Vice President for Impact and Innovation, a strategic, analytically grounded, and collaborative leader who will help shape the agency’s next phase of growth and impact. This pivotal role will build the analytical and operational infrastructure of a newly designed leadership pillar, strengthening the organization’s ability to advance community-based services and the systems that support learning, growth, and strategic decision-making.
The Executive Vice President for Impact and Innovation will be responsible for advancing organizational capacity in areas such as business intelligence and program learning, enabling the client to better understand and scale what works. The leader will guide cross-team collaboration by incorporating structured scenario planning and forward-looking analysis into program strategy, supporting alignment with the organization’s values while adapting to change and helping protect critical funding streams.
Reporting to the client’s President and CEO and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, the EVP will act as both a builder and a connector, partnering across programs, strategy, funding, operations, and talent to support community impact. The role is well-suited to a leader who can make progress with imperfect information, bring clarity without over-prescribing, and elevate how decisions are informed and communicated throughout the organization to foster a more analytically rigorous, integrated, and forward-looking culture.
