The CIB is looking for an Executive Vice President to lead its Commercial Infrastructure platform, which focuses on investments in sectors such as energy transition, trade and transportation, digital infrastructure, and critical minerals. The EVP will be responsible for overall portfolio performance, pipeline development, and investment execution within the Commercial Infrastructure business, with an expectation to deploy approximately $35 billion annually across complex transactions. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the EVP will play a key role in identifying emerging sectors, building ecosystems, and shaping early-stage transactions to unlock markets where private capital is not yet mobilizing.The EVP will lead a senior team of Managing Directors, Senior Directors, and Directors, working closely with peer investment leaders across the organization's platforms. The role requires the ability to operate effectively in a complex, stakeholder-rich environment, balancing commercial discipline with public policy objectives. Investments within the Commercial Infrastructure platform often involve elevated risk profiles and equity-like exposure, necessitating a leader who can combine private sector commercial rigor with a public interest investment mandate.
