The client seeks an accomplished strategic executive for the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Solutions Officer. The client operates at the intersection of finance, public policy, and impact, mobilizing capital and strengthening mission-driven financial institutions serving underserved communities across the United States. This role will help shape and execute The client’s enterprise strategy during a period of significant change in capital markets, technology, public policy, and institutional expectations.
Working in partnership with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team, the EVP will lead the enterprise strategy function and translate the organization’s strategic direction into a focused, sequenced, and measurable enterprise agenda. The role will serve as a principal strategic advisor to the CEO, providing independent judgment, market intelligence, and an enterprise-wide perspective to guide consequential institutional decisions. Key domains include enterprise strategy, prioritization, and execution; innovation and solutions development across priority investment areas; strategic partnerships and institutional collaborations; and data-informed strategy, market intelligence, and organizational learning.
The EVP will provide direct executive leadership to The client’s Innovation and Impact teams, guiding a structured platform for identifying, testing, and advancing solutions to persistent and emerging industry challenges. The role will also lead the organization’s approach to impact measurement, ensuring evidence and insights inform enterprise strategy, improve solutions, and demonstrate the outcomes of The client’s work through impact strategy, measurement, and performance. Additionally, the EVP will support industry engagement through advisory councils and leadership forums.
