The client is seeking an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO), a senior executive leadership role reporting to the president. The EVP/COO will direct daily administrative and business operations and provide innovation, vision, and strategy to help achieve the institution’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include overseeing campus infrastructure, financial performance, capital projects, instructional technology, safety and emergency preparedness, and human resources across multiple campuses. The EVP/COO will examine operational processes to identify opportunities to optimize new technologies and best practices, review organizational structure for effectiveness, and collaborate with the executive leadership team and other stakeholders, including making presentations to major governance and advisory bodies as appropriate.
