The Executive Vice President, Growth & Innovation role at our client is crucial in advancing the enterprise strategy to strengthen Canada's leadership in food security, sustainable agriculture, and agri-food innovation. The EVP will be responsible for defining and advancing integrated portfolios of products, programs, and platforms that drive measurable business growth and long-term value creation for Canadian agriculture. This role will serve as a middle-office leader within the enterprise, providing a comprehensive view of the agriculture ecosystem and ensuring that enterprise strategy is translated into cohesive solutions for customers and partners across the value chain. By accelerating innovation and aligning the enterprise to deliver solutions that drive measurable growth and impact for Canadian agriculture, the EVP will play a key role in driving the organization forward.Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the Enterprise Management Team, the EVP, Growth and Innovation will provide leadership across product strategy, innovation governance, partnerships, and product lifecycle management. The role will ensure that our client's diverse offerings, including financial and non-financial products, programs, and technical platforms, are aligned, coordinated, and delivered with discipline and impact. The EVP will establish and mature product lifecycle management practices across the organization, advance agile delivery frameworks, and guide innovation pipelines, partnerships, and investment decisions to generate measurable enterprise value.
