The Executive Project Director will be responsible for leading and managing a multi-billion-dollar capital project, ensuring that it is delivered successfully from start to finish. They will provide senior level leadership, overseeing contractors, managing risks and controls, and ensuring that schedules, costs, and on-the-ground delivery are effectively aligned and achieved. The Executive Project Director will play a crucial role in safeguarding delivery within scope and budget, in accordance with provincial and organizational expectations, and in line with broader transportation goals.Reporting to a Vice President, Major Projects, the Executive Project Director will bring hands-on experience in project execution to the role, ensuring that the capital infrastructure project is completed efficiently and cost-effectively. They will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the project, working to ensure that it meets all necessary requirements and standards. This position is key to our client's mandate to deliver public infrastructure that is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with broader transportation goals, making the Executive Project Director a vital part of the team.
