cohealth is looking for an experienced Executive Lead Strategy, Impact and Development to help implement a 10-year strategy and demonstrate its impact on communities, funders, and the health system. This role will involve working closely with the CEO and other executives to monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and ensure the organization is delivering value. The Executive Lead will also be responsible for commercializing services and supporting growth initiatives to maintain momentum.The successful candidate will have a track record of strategic leadership and a strong understanding of performance monitoring and evaluation practices. They will need to be able to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and drive the organization towards its goals. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's future direction and success, reporting directly to the CEO and playing a key role on the Executive team.
