The client is looking for an Operations Manager for their manufacturing facility in Columbus, KS. This role is focused on candidates with a strong background in STEM, particularly in Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry, and a minimum of four years of Active Duty US military experience.

Educationally, a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a STEM field, and a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making is essential. Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Visio, Minitab, and MS Office Suite, as well as a knowledge of Time and Attendance Payroll Systems, is necessary for success in this role.
