The client is seeking an Executive Director for their Secretariat in Zurich to provide strategic and operational leadership, represent the organization externally, ensure financial sustainability, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee HR, finance, and compliance processes.
\n\nThe Executive Director role requires proven leadership experience in complex organizations, strong communication skills in English, German, and French (Italian is a plus), and knowledge of responsible business conduct.
