Description

The client is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and visionary Executive Director to lead a thriving, Christ-centered, life-affirming ministry serving women, men, and families. The Executive Director will serve as both spiritual and organizational leader, providing vision, leadership, and oversight for programs, people, development efforts, community engagement, operations, and strategic growth. This role will build on an established foundation while helping expand the ministry’s impact, strengthen partnerships, and support long-term organizational health and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include providing overall organizational leadership and ensuring alignment between activities and the ministry’s mission, vision, and values. The Executive Director will lead and develop a leadership team while fostering a healthy, Christ-centered culture, promoting accountability, collaboration, and stewardship, and strengthening systems and processes to support future growth. The role also serves as a key ambassador, providing strategic oversight of fundraising, marketing, and donor engagement, cultivating major relationship stewardship, supporting fundraising events and annual campaigns, and communicating ministry impact to inspire generosity and engagement.

The Executive Director will serve as the primary spokesperson and represent the ministry at speaking engagements, community events, and partnership opportunities, building relationships with churches, healthcare providers, ministries, businesses, and community organizations. Responsibilities also include expanding strategic partnerships to enhance services and increase impact, championing the pro-life mission with clarity and compassion, partnering with the Board of Directors to establish and execute strategic priorities, leading annual planning and goal-setting, collaborating on budget development and stewardship, and presenting organizational updates and strategic initiatives to the Board. Qualifications include proven leadership experience within the pro-life movement, at least five years of senior nonprofit, ministry, or executive leadership experience, experience leading and developing teams, experience working effectively with governing boards, fundraising and donor development experience, strong communication and public speaking skills, strategic planning and organizational leadership experience, and the ability to serve as a visible and engaging ambassador for the ministry.
