The Executive Director New Zealand position is a leadership role within our client, responsible for representing the organization in New Zealand and contributing to the overall direction of the College as part of the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role involves leading our client's Wellington office, supporting the New Zealand National Committees, and ensuring that local perspectives are considered in the College's governance and strategic decisions. Collaboration with Executive Team colleagues in Australia is essential, requiring a highly collaborative approach and the ability to contribute constructively to collective leadership across both countries. The Executive Director also leads a small team in New Zealand, fostering a collegial and professional environment aligned with our client's values, while also managing national leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational management, including staff guidance, government and regulatory relationships, and effective delivery of our client's programmes in Aotearoa. Strengthening Treaty of Waitangi partnerships and promoting cultural competence are key priorities for this role.The successful candidate for the Executive Director New Zealand position will have strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in Australia, and experience in operational management and stakeholder engagement.
