The ED/VP position at our client is a key leadership role responsible for guiding philanthropy and other efforts to support the institution's mission of improving health through education, research, and patient care. Working closely with the board of directors and professional staff, the ED/VP will lead a comprehensive development enterprise, serving as the principal fundraising officer for both the Foundation and the university. This role is highly visible and strategically important, reporting directly to the Foundation Board chair and serving as a member of the university president's senior leadership cabinet.The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills, vision, and strategic direction to drive future growth and success for the organization. They will work in partnership with the board and staff to leverage substantial financial resources and opportunities for development. The ED/VP will play a critical role in shaping the institution's fundraising efforts and providing guidance as both a development strategist and institutional advisor.
