The Executive Director position is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall performance and sustainability of the organization, with a focus on advancing British Columbia's international education sector. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will provide strategic direction for programs, partnerships, governance, financial stewardship, policy development, and stakeholder relations. The Executive Director will work collaboratively with government, educational institutions, and sector partners to advance BC's international education priorities, serving as a trusted advisor and strengthening the province's global profile through strategic partnerships and initiatives.In addition to providing provincial leadership for international education, the Executive Director will identify opportunities for sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness in the sector. This role involves convening sector stakeholders to address emerging opportunities and challenges, fostering alignment and collaboration in support of provincial priorities.
