The Executive Director & CEO will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including handling registration, inquiries, and complaints. They will also oversee financial management, policy development, and government relations, ensuring the organization is running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the ED will play a key role in preparing the profession and the organization for the transition to Legal Professions BC, providing strategic leadership and guidance during this period of change.Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director & CEO will be responsible for providing overall strategic direction and leadership for the organization. They will work closely with the Board to develop and implement policies and initiatives that support the organization's mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing a non-profit organization, and a deep understanding of the legal profession.
