The Executive Director (ED) will be responsible for leading and guiding a dedicated staff in advancing our client's mission through program delivery, financial stewardship, and external engagement. This includes overseeing multi-site operations, food recovery logistics, revenue development, and people systems. The ED will serve as the primary ambassador for our client, working closely with community partners, donors, and policymakers to enhance its public profile and deepen its impact on the community. Additionally, the ED will drive innovation in service delivery and support a high-performing, equity-informed workplace culture.Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will be accountable for the strategic and operational leadership of our client. They will be responsible for ensuring our client's mission is carried out effectively and efficiently, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence among staff. The ED will play a key role in shaping our client's future direction and ensuring its continued success in serving the community.
