Cenitex is undergoing a transformation to become the default ICT shared services provider for the Victorian Government. A new Technology & Customer Strategy division has been created to drive this change, aligning service portfolio, enabling technologies, and customer priorities with Whole of Victorian Government reform. This executive leadership role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key part of the Executive Leadership Team. The role involves integrating technology strategy, architecture, customer experience, portfolio planning, change management, and strategic capability development to create a standardized, scalable, and sustainable shared services model for government.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of Cenitex and its services to the Victorian Government. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with government priorities and drive innovation within the organization.
