The Executive Director will work closely with the Board to provide strategic direction and ensure that our client's priorities are being met. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these priorities and ensuring that appropriate governance and oversight are in place. The Executive Director will serve as a trusted advisor and strategist to the Board, providing guidance and support in decision-making processes.Additionally, the Executive Director will collaborate with the Chief Constable as necessary to help advance the objectives of our client. This may involve coordinating efforts between the Board and law enforcement leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication.
