The SRA is looking for an Executive Director Supervision to lead the organisation's supervision function and ensure effective oversight of regulated firms. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this senior leader will be responsible for developing and implementing the SRA's supervisory strategy, identifying emerging risks, and driving interventions to protect consumers and uphold professional standards. The Executive Director will work closely with Executive colleagues to support organisational transformation, contribute to corporate and regulatory objectives, and ensure strong operational and financial performance. They will also build relationships across the legal sector, government, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders, acting as a visible and credible ambassador for the SRA.This newly established Executive Team position requires a strategic leader who can create a modern, risk-based approach to regulation and maintain public confidence in legal services.
