SIWI is looking for an Executive Director to lead the organization in implementing a newly approved three-year strategy from 2026 to 2028. The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring organizational stability, delivering high-quality work in water, climate, development, and cooperation, and collaborating closely with the Board, management team, employees, partners, and stakeholders. This role involves strategic leadership, operational follow-through, external representation, and developing partnerships for sustainable financing.The Executive Director will focus on building trust-based relationships with donors, public institutions, multilateral organizations, foundations, the private sector, and other partners to support SIWI's mission. They will report to the Board and represent SIWI in national, regional, and international settings. The successful candidate will play a key role in further developing partnerships and creating long-term conditions for sustainable financing to drive the organization forward.
