The role will support an organization committed to ensuring youth in Southern California can pursue the game and experience its positive impact, advancing opportunity and equity through golf.
The Executive Director will lead programming, operations, and development while working alongside a seasoned board and a dedicated staff of more than 25. This leader will be expected to strengthen the foundation’s reach, diversify partnerships, and guide organizational momentum through effective leadership, ensuring a culture that values both excellence and inclusion.
