The Executive Director will oversee financial stewardship and operational excellence, with accountability for leadership that sustains the institution’s impact and long-term effectiveness. The role reports to the co-presidents and board of trustees and will be expected to collaborate with board members and stakeholders to guide strategy, strengthen organizational performance, and uphold the mission through effective governance and management.
