The Scarborough Academic Family Health Team (SAFHT) is looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead the client in providing high-quality primary care services. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee all operational aspects of SAFHT, including program delivery, financial management, human resources, and strategic planning. Building and maintaining relationships with partner organizations and government entities will also be a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of senior management experience in healthcare or community services. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of health system policy and primary care models. Experience working with a non-profit Board of Directors and knowledge of budget management, human resources practices, and privacy legislation are required.
