The Executive Director/President will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our client, a mission-driven organization focused on providing compassionate care to uninsured and economically marginalized residents in Webb County. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's faith-based mission of healing and holistic approach to community health. They will need to have experience in leading clinical operations that prioritize both clinical quality and financial sustainability within a mission-based setting.The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully balancing the needs of patients with the financial constraints of a healthcare organization. They will need to be able to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the organization's continued success in providing high-quality care to those in need. The Executive Director/President will play a key role in upholding the organization's reputation for compassionate care and cultural responsiveness, while also driving strategic initiatives to further the mission of Mercy Ministries in St. Louis.
