The Executive Director team plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our client and prioritizing initiatives that benefit both the organization and the community. The Executive Director People & Customer Experience oversees a diverse portfolio that includes internal culture, external service performance, customer experience, people development, community engagement, communications, and various service areas such as libraries, resource consents, regulatory, and building services. Key responsibilities include leading transformation programs to enhance efficiency and service alignment, designing customer journeys to improve service accessibility and responsiveness, fostering a high-performing workforce, ensuring quality and consistent service standards, engaging with the community to build trust and transparency, and promoting digital enablement and innovative service design.The Executive Director People & Customer Experience is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance our client's agility, efficiency, and service quality to meet community expectations and prepare for future challenges. This role involves overseeing the development of customer-centric services, building a capable and engaged workforce, fostering community partnerships, and championing digital innovation and self-service options.
