Ruyton Girls School is looking for an Executive Director People and Culture to join their team. This role involves shaping and delivering the school's people strategy, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring workforce capability to support strategic priorities. The Executive Director will work closely with the Principal and senior leaders to provide strategic direction and practical leadership across the full employee lifecycle, strengthening Ruyton's position as an employer of choice and supporting an exceptional employee experience. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Executive Director will lead the People and Culture function and contribute to whole-of-school leadership and decision-making.The Executive Director will play a key role in strengthening workforce planning and recruitment, enhancing learning and development opportunities for professional staff, embedding values and wellbeing initiatives, and leading the implementation of a new HRIS system. Additionally, the role will provide leadership in organizational development, employee relations, enterprise bargaining, governance, and compliance to ensure that people practices remain contemporary, effective, and aligned with the school's future needs. This position comes at an important point in the school's evolution, with a strong people foundation already in place and opportunities for further refinement, modernization, and strategic improvement.
