The client is seeking an Executive Director who will serve as the chief public representative and provide strategic leadership, vision, strong financial stewardship, and organizational direction. The Executive Director will foster an inclusive, welcoming environment and advance the organization’s mission through education, exhibitions, and broad community engagement.
The Executive Director will lead efforts to make art accessible to people of all ages through classes, workshops, and outreach programs delivered onsite and in partnership with schools, community centers, and local organizations. Responsibilities will include deepening existing partnerships, developing new audiences, elevating the organization’s public profile, and expanding its reach and relevance across the region.
The role will work with an established community of artists and educators and is expected to continue building on a solid foundation while pursuing ambitious growth goals. The client is looking for a collaborative, possibilities-focused leader who can chart a future direction with the Board of Directors and provide executive-level oversight of programs and operations.
