the client is seeking an entrepreneurial, innovative, and strategic leader to serve as the inaugural Executive Director of Peabody Extended Learning. This new initiative represents an expansion of the client’s non-degree programs and academic community partnerships, anchored in the client’s community school for the performing arts. the Executive Director will lead the development and launch of a dynamic portfolio of offerings for students, community members, professional artists, and the broader public, building on existing activities and positioning the program as an umbrella for non-credit educational programming.
Reporting as a key driver of growth under the client’s strategic plan, the Executive Director will expand programs and reimagine how the client engages learners of all ages. the role is expected to support a forthcoming brand launch and to help shape a new model for arts education that blends community engagement, opportunities for students of all ages, digital innovation, and accessible programming. the Executive Director will bring a passion for education and the ability to identify strategic markets, guide informed investments, and grow revenue while scaling both in-person and online programming to increase reach and impact.
