The Executive Director will report directly to the Vice-President, Operations and will be responsible for overseeing the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the WiDS portfolio. This includes developing and implementing a 3-year strategic plan, establishing partnerships on a national level, managing budgets and resources, and leading volunteer teams. The Executive Director will work closely with internal leadership and external stakeholders to shape the vision of WiDS and position it as a key player in the defence and security industry.As a member of the leadership team, the Executive Director will ensure that WiDS aligns with the overall mission of the organization while maintaining its unique brand identity and value to stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in defence and security through the WiDS initiative, contributing to the organization's success and impact in the industry. The Executive Director will play a key role in leading and guiding WiDS towards achieving its goals and objectives, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.
