They will need to maintain a strong connection to directly impacted communities and ensure that directly impacted leadership remains central to FRRC's identity. Additionally, the Executive Director will need to bring vision, discipline, and leadership to expand statewide reach, diversify philanthropic support, and position FRRC for its next stage of impact beyond rights restoration to leadership development, civic engagement, and policy advocacy.
