The Executive Director (ED) will serve as the chief executive officer of the Foundation, responsible for overseeing fundraising, strategic planning, donor relations, and operational management. They will work closely with the Board of Directors, Seminary leadership, donors, and partners to advance the Foundation's mission and secure financial resources for our client. The ED will personally manage a portfolio of key donor relationships, focusing on securing principal, major, and legacy gifts through meaningful relationships and tailored engagement strategies.In addition to managing donor relationships, the ED will be responsible for overall strategic planning and operational management of the Foundation. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to support the Seminary and ensure its long-term success. The ED will play a crucial role in promoting the Foundation's mission and securing the necessary financial resources to sustain and grow our client.
