The Executive Director will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and public leadership for our client, ensuring alignment with Indigenous leadership, community priorities, respect, and accountability. They will oversee the development of our client's programming pillars, enhance impact measurement and reporting systems, and establish the necessary organizational infrastructure, team, and financial foundations for sustainable growth. As the primary representative and spokesperson, the Executive Director will build and maintain trusted relationships with Indigenous communities, leaders, Elders, corporate members, funders, and philanthropic partners nationwide.Additionally, the Executive Director will lead revenue development efforts, raise our client's national profile, and facilitate the transformation of a distinctive and successful model into a lasting organization that promotes Indigenous self-determination, reciprocity, and shared prosperity. They will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the organization's mission and values are upheld, while also driving innovation and growth to further advance our client's impact and reach within Indigenous communities and beyond.
