The Executive Director for Student Housing and Residential Life will be responsible for providing leadership and management direction for our client's housing program, overseeing a capacity to serve approximately 3,740 residents across various housing facilities. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, the Executive Director will serve as the chief housing officer and work towards promoting our client's mission of student success and learning through the housing program. This role will involve managing 23 student residence halls, 11 apartment buildings for families, guest housing units, community centers, a residential dining common, and 47 acres of grounds and outdoor recreational space within the Student Housing and Residential Life department.The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for student housing and residential life, with experience in leadership and management within a similar capacity. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the student living experience, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housing program. The Executive Director will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of the housing program and contribute to the overall mission of our client in supporting student engagement and wellbeing through residential life initiatives.
