Colby College and the Colby College Museum of Art are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Museum Development to lead fundraising efforts in support of current programming and future expansion plans. The Executive Director will play a key role in planning and executing fundraising initiatives for a transformational capital project and expanded programming. Working closely with the Museum Director and Board of Governors, the Executive Director will be responsible for all aspects of fundraising and donor engagement, with a focus on cultivating major and principal gifts.The ideal candidate for this role will be a senior advancement professional with a strong track record in fundraising, campaign oversight, and leadership. The successful candidate will have experience in developing fundraising plans and driving success through individual and collaborative efforts.
