Our client Auburn University is looking for an experienced leader to fill the role of Executive Director of Graduate Programs at the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business. This position will report to the Associate Dean of Graduate and Executive Programs and will be responsible for overseeing the full-time and online MBA programs, as well as providing support for other graduate programs and professional education offerings. The Executive Director will manage all aspects of the MBA student experience, including recruitment, admissions, advising, programming, and student support, while also coordinating experiential learning opportunities such as study trips and consulting projects.The successful candidate will work closely with recruiting leadership, faculty, and senior administrators to achieve enrollment, quality, and programmatic goals, while also managing program budgets and ensuring responsible use of resources. Additionally, the Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining data integrity for rankings and accreditation, representing the programs externally through professional associations, and integrating and supporting MS programs within the broader graduate strategy. This role requires a strategic and collaborative leader who can drive the success of graduate programs within the College of Business.
