Echuca Regional Health (ERH) is seeking an Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery to join their team and oversee the nursing and midwifery portfolio. This role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care across the organization, with a focus on patient safety, experience, and outcomes. The Executive Director will provide expert leadership in clinical governance and operational delivery, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop the nursing workforce and address future service needs in the growing region.The successful candidate will lead initiatives in residential aged care, cancer and wellness, quality risk and innovation, and access and demand within emergency department and surgical services.
