The Executive Director (ED) is a seasoned leader with a strong background in strategic planning and development. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the ED attends meetings as requested and serves on the International Board of Trustees in Malawi. Responsible for articulating and promoting the mission and vision of the organization, the ED plays a key role in vision casting and ensuring the organization's goals are met. With oversight of all programs and activities worldwide, the ED has both strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure the success of the organization.The ED is a key figure in providing leadership and executive management for the organization, working closely with the Board of Trustees to drive the organization forward. With a focus on strategic planning and development, the ED plays a crucial role in guiding the direction of the organization and ensuring its mission is upheld. Responsible for overseeing all programs and activities globally, the ED is tasked with ensuring the organization's goals are met and its impact is maximized.
