The Victoria Law Foundation (VLF) is looking for a new Executive Director to take over from the current incumbent. The role involves leading the organization's strategic goals of delivering research, education, and grants to support the development of an effective civil justice system for the Victorian community. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board to provide leadership, direction, and develop partnerships to inspire staff and ensure organizational sustainability.Key responsibilities include financial and risk management, business planning, reporting, and monitoring to maintain good governance and organizational stability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a background in research, law, strategic communications, or education, possessing strong communication, networking, and partnership skills. The Executive Director will need to demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire staff, develop collaborative partnerships, and ensure the organization's continued success in delivering its mandate.
