The SRA is seeking an Executive Director Market Risk, Data and Insights to lead the organization's risk identification, intelligence, and evidence-based regulation efforts. This critical position on the Executive Team will be responsible for overseeing market risk, data, analytics, insights, and research capabilities to support regulatory decision-making and protect the public interest. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership in market risk, data management, analytics, insight, and research functions to ensure the organization is proactive in identifying and responding to emerging risks in legal services markets. They will also advise the Board and Executive Team on market developments and strategic choices, while serving as an influential external ambassador for risk-based regulation and data analytics.The Executive Director will play a key role in developing advanced analytical and research capabilities, providing high-quality insights to inform organizational priorities and performance. They will work to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the regulatory landscape and ensure that the SRA remains intelligence-led and evidence-based in its approach to risk management. This position requires a strategic leader who can drive effective regulatory decision-making and support the organization's mission to protect the public interest through the use of data, analytics, and insights.
